What we sell

Two paid products are available on Saju AI Global:

  • Living Saju Pro — $4.99 USD per month (subscription)
  • 5-Year Simulator — $14.99 USD (one-time purchase)

Both are fully digital products delivered instantly via our web app. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as the Merchant of Record.

Refund window

14 days, no questions asked.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of the most recent charge — whether that is your initial subscription payment, a renewal, or a one-time Simulator purchase. No justification required.

How to request a refund

Email bchanghyeok@gmail.com with:

  • The email address used at checkout
  • The product (Living Saju Pro or 5-Year Simulator)
  • Approximate date of charge

We aim to process refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund is issued by Paddle to your original payment method.

When the refund arrives

After Paddle processes the refund, your bank or card issuer typically reflects the credit within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your Living Saju Pro subscription at any time through the billing portal linked from your account.

Cancellation stops future renewals immediately. You keep access to Living Saju Pro features through the end of the current billing period — no proration, no early refund unless you also request one within the 14-day window above.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of clear abuse — for example, repeat refund-then-repurchase cycles intended to bypass payment, or charges flagged as fraudulent.

Outside the 14-day window, refunds are issued at our discretion — typically only when a charge was clearly erroneous (e.g. duplicate billing).
